Purpose:

Accountabilities:
· Handle and coordinate active calendars
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
· Schedule and confirm meetings
· Design and implement filing systems
· Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
· Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
· Manage relationships with Customers, suppliers, service providers, other stakeholders
· Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms
· Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Experience and Qualification Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, or related discipline
· 2-3 years as an Executive secretary or Admin assistance
· Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and French, Arab is a plus.
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred experience in use of AI tools such as CoPilot/Chat GPT or interest in developing/expanding experience Behavior and leadership Competencies:
