Commercial Execution & Sales Strategy

  • Support structuring, negotiation, and optimization of term and spot deals.
  • Develop pricing scenarios and value arguments for key accounts and tenders.
  • Design and implement innovative pricing mechanisms (e.g., BL-month averages, AG index mixes, optionality) and track P&L uplift against baselines.
  • Drive customer segmentation, product/channel mix optimization, and regional margin expansion initiatives.

Risk Management & Hedging

  • Prepare executive-level materials: investment cases, board memos, and quarterly strategy reviews with clear recommendations.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead governance for pricing/hedging decisions and ensure policy compliance.

  • Strong statistical and analytical background.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
