Purpose of the Job / Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for rolling out and driving operational excellence and efficiency across Fertiglobe Services by identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives. The role leads Lean, Six Sigma, and automation programs across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other shared services, ensuring sustainable value creation and measurable performance gains. The manager works collaboratively with function heads and stakeholders to build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation that supports Fertiglobe’s strategic objectives
Business Complexity / Context: Operating within a multi-functional shared services framework, the Continuous Improvement Manager must coordinate initiatives across multiple domains, driving efficiency, standardization, and service quality. The role requires strong analytical and project management capabilities to ensure initiatives are effectively executed, measured, and embedded into daily operations. It also demands collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and process excellence methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement programs across HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and quality.
• Develop and execute a structured improvement roadmap aligned with Fertiglobe Services’ strategic goals.
• Identify process gaps and performance bottlenecks through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational metrics.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and automation methodologies to optimize business processes.
• Design and facilitate Kaizen workshops and process mapping sessions to engage stakeholders and drive participation.
• Establish performance measurement systems and dashboards to monitor progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with digital and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are documented, maintained, and regularly updated.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address recurring inefficiencies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the shared services organization

You have hands-on experience leading improvement initiatives in shared services or corporate environments, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and automation principles. You combine strategic vision with analytical depth and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about transforming processes, empowering teams, and delivering sustainable, measurable results that enhance organizational performance.
Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6–9 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization roles within shared services or multinational companies.
•Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies or other process improvement tools with measurable results.
• Agile or Design Thinking certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and process automation tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic.
